Broken leg...what broken leg?

Polly finally has her cast off. Now we are trying to get rid of her crazy limp. During the course of the 5 weeks that she had a broken leg she did many things that I thought we would be back in the ER for sure! It did not slow her down once! In fact she tried jumping on a small trampoline with the cast on! She even wants to jump now and I quickly told her she is not allowed on trampolines. When we were at the office getting her cast off there was a little girl with a cast on her arm and Polly informed us as we left that she wants a cast on her arm...I think we are in for a long road with her:) Here are some pics from her casted adventures:)

We also took pics of the removal process. She did very well and didn't cry at all!

Too loud!

Yard Sale Weekend

This is yard sale weekend. My parents say it is the last one they will ever do. EVER. Now mind you they are not old by any means, but the stress of getting it together was too much. I agree. I just can't get over how much junk (oops, treasures) we have! And then you go into your house and you still have more! Where was the stuff you are selling stored at? Thankfully there are places like Jericho Road and Habitat for Humanity that come by and pick up your stuff so you don't have to take it back into your house. That is the best! Now someone else can utilize my junk. Treasure.

I love taking pictures of my kids. They don't always like it but, sometimes I get good shots. Yesterday, my dog was being super calm. Normally you can't get next to him without him jumping up all over you. Yet my daughter was able to sit right down on him and give him some lovin:)

I have a Hobby

I used to seriously despise the following question, "What would you say your hobby is?" After many years and a lot of searching, I can now say my hobby is photography. I love it! When I was little I always took pictures and basically wasted film. I am not sure why I didn't have this realization until now. I take pictures pretty much everyday. Usually of my kids and just whatever may be going on that day. I also have started taking pictures of people for special occasions and as nerve wracking as it is I still love doing it! I have my first wedding coming up in a couple of weeks and I am so nervous!!!

So here are some of my recent pictures from photo shoots...

I have been very blessed from these wonderful people that have allowed me to take their pictures and create lasting memories:)
